Still Booked is a service operated by Next Call Systems ("Still Booked," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide automated missed-call follow-up for local service businesses — for example roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and garage-door contractors. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Our business clients forward their missed calls to Still Booked. When someone calls one of our client's business lines and the call is not answered, Still Booked sends that caller a short follow-up text message on behalf of the business so the caller can still book, request a quote, or get help. We only message people who called the business first.
We collect the phone number and, when provided, the name of a person who calls one of our clients' business lines, along with the time of the call and any text messages exchanged in the follow-up. This information comes from the caller initiating contact with the business — we do not buy, rent, or use purchased lead lists.
We use this information solely to send and manage the follow-up text conversation on behalf of the business that was called, and to keep records the business needs (such as which callers were contacted and who opted out). We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
By calling a business that uses Still Booked, you may receive automated follow-up text messages from that business. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; after you reply STOP we send one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@stillbooked.com.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or personal information. Your consent to receive messages and your mobile information are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the specific business client whose number you originally called, and with the service providers (such as our messaging carrier) that we use strictly to deliver the service on our behalf.
Contact information is retained for up to 90 days after the last interaction and then deleted, unless the business client requests earlier removal or law requires otherwise.
