SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 1, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by Still Booked, a service of Next Call Systems, on behalf of its local service-business clients (such as roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and garage-door contractors).

1. Program description

Still Booked sends automated follow-up text messages to people who called one of our client's business lines and did not reach them. Messages are sent on behalf of that business to help the caller book an appointment, request a quote, or get help. This is service-related (transactional) follow-up to a call the customer placed — it is not cold marketing, and we do not message purchased or third-party lead lists.

2. Consent

Consent is established when a customer initiates contact by calling the business. The follow-up text responds to that inbound call. There is no separate sign-up required, and we do not send proactive marketing blasts from this program.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per missed-call event, spread over about 3 days.

4. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

6. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@stillbooked.com.

7. Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number or your consent for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Supported carriers

Service is available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Limitation of liability

Still Booked is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this messaging service beyond what is required by applicable law.
